Shopify makes includeRestOfWorld=true an error in Admin GraphQL API 2027-01
In Admin GraphQL API version 2027-01, Shopify keeps DiscountCountriesInput.includeRestOfWorld but returns BAD_REQUEST when an app passes true, requiring explicit applicable country codes through add.
Previous state
Supported API versions through 2026-10 accept includeRestOfWorld=true in DiscountCountriesInput.
Current state
Admin GraphQL API 2027-01 retains the field but rejects true with BAD_REQUEST; apps must explicitly supply applicable country codes through add.
